Shipping & Delivery

We charge for a flat rate shipping/handling charge for each product, and we ship your items by UPS or Hong Kong Speedpost EMS service, and your item is trackable. Normally, it takes less than 3 days to all around the world, but it depends on how long it takes in the customs of your country.  

Flat Rate Shipping/Handling Charge to all around the world:
miniwatt N2 - US$80
miniwatt N3 - US$50
miniwatt N4 - US$30
miniwatt S1 - US$40

Taxes and Duties

Please note buyer pays all the costs associated with the taxes such as (but not limited to) VAT, import clearance, duty, unloading and subsequent delivery beyond the address stated in order form.

Privacy & Security

miniwatt knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we're not in the business of selling customer information.

Refund Policy & Return

In the event of products being damaged in transit, Legato Group Limited will replace the damaged products free of charge. Legato Group Limited may require you to send photographic evidence of damage before issuing replacement items. Legato Group Limited may require you to return any damaged items and will refund you the cost of any postage incurred as a result.

  • Legato Group Limited will not issue refunds for products which are not faulty.
  • All products sold are non-returnable.
  • Postage fees are not refundable.
  • Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.

Warranty

miniwatt is covered by a 1-year warranty (tubes are not included) starting from the time of purchase. The warranty covers electrical defects due to faulty manufacturing. Each MiniWatt has a warranty label, warranty void if removed. The warranty does not covered physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer/user’s part.

Under warranty period, for maintenance, you return it to us at owner’s cost, and we will fix it and send it back to you.

Payment & Pricing

All products are priced in US$. Legato Group Limited accepts secure Mastercard and Visa card payments, and the online payments are powered by RBS WorldPay and processed through WorldPay in either US$, ¥ or €.
